Welcome to the Carnival of Family Life #9! I am very honored to be hosting on a week when, as luck seems to have it, the Carnival is chock-full of some of the best blog material around. Packed with a diverse outlook on everything family, you're sure to find something here that strikes a chord. I know I sure did. So grab a cup of your favorite drink and kick back with us for a fun-filled trip through the family-filled-realm of the blogosphere.

If you're looking for some handy pointers or inspired solutions check out some of these...

MAUREEN O'BRIEN presents
Who's Getting Organized ? at Trinity Prep School where she poses the question "What are you doing to get organized for the new school year?" and shares with us a great little list of compiled links where others have answered that very same question.

Jennifer over at
Snapshot brings us Great Advice, a wonderful look at the importance of picking your battles in order to avoid wars later on.

While David at
Bruggie Tales tells us about how he's sharing the load and incorporating rewards at home with his children in How To Gain Reading Time.

Peter of
The Tutu Boutique presents his version of A Little Game to keep little ones in line.

And supermom_in_ny offers up one of her dinner solutions in
Leftovers How To: Vegetables (Part 2) posted at Getting Out Of Debt.

When you're done there, you might want to drop in on these healthful doses of reminiscence, musing, and realizations as four Moms and one Dad share their thoughts on the good, the great, the amusing, and even the uncertain in their lives as of late.

Lisa
Brags on her little toddler's latest accomplishments over at Lil Duck Duck.

While Kailani at The Pink Diary shares with us just how blessed she feels in her article I am Blessed .

Melissa presents and we hardly got sunburned, after all posted at Making Things Up.

Russ Gilman-Hunt presents A Shining Example posted at Frenzied Daddy.

Kerri Aldrich at The Play Library brings us Food, Fun, Games and Goats an account of her experience on an Ohio farm.

And right here at Of The Princess and The Pea I talk about the inevitable changes coming to our family dynamic in Students 'R' We.

Finally, last but certainly not at all least, check out the diversity presented in these takes on some hot-button parenting issues and news from three real life moms...

supermom_in_ny presents Snow White, 7 Dwarves and PDD: Both sides of the fence posted at Snow White, 7 Dwarves and PDD.

Kate Baggott brings us Guess What! It's Mummy's Fault Again! posted at Babylune.

And muse presents the best food for babies posted at me-ander.

All While Jack Yoest presents
My Wife Flew off with Bono and Branson; Bombed in London 7.7.05 posted at Jack Yoest.

Great edition! Thank you for all your hard work. Let me know if you'd like to do it again some time.

BTW, I don't remember if I asked you to pick someone for the weekly drawing. If not, I could do it. Just let me know.

Thanks again!
